I just went to the office (Monday 8am) afraid about what I read in the reviews, that they would not be helpful nor polite, specially being a foreigner. Mr. Birrer helped me in the best way possible, I am very happy with the politeness and patience they have. Very efficient! I feel lucky to live in Lucerne.
