Super friendly staff. This train Gondel goes up and up and up. Very very high, feels like you get transported into the sky. Nothing for people, who are afraid of hights. Great view from the top.

Beautiful mountain with stunning views. Specially in Winter, when the trees are covered with snow, you won't be bored on the way up

Beautiful up there at Pilatus Kulm! You have a 360 view, which is simply stunning. There is a nice hotel and some restaurants up there, where you can get some pretty delicious food. The waiters are friendly and quick on their feet. Lots of space to rest and just enjoy the view. Several toilets, clean, spacious etc. I would definitly recommend it to anyone who appreciates a beautiful view.

Clean and well organized during the challenges of a pandemic. Because of the advertisment we expected at least one glimpse of an adult dragon. Unfortunately not a single one occurred. We will try again in the upcoming summer, hopefully without fog to see the new offspring.

Highly recommend buying tickets in advance so to skip the queue. SBB card can be used directly at gate. It’s best to begin the ascent here before 10am to beat the crowds. Crowds started to arrive at the top from 11am on a Sunday. Cable cars are frequent and plenty, so no need to worry about sharing a car with strangers (4 seats per car). About 45 minutes to reach the top. This was a smooth ride all the way up and down. I was admiring the Swiss mountain engineering technology while in the funiculars. There’s a small and overpriced official gift shop inside the station - also open on Sunday.
