By far the worst experience I had in a shop of a mobile provider in Switzerland. I cam back from my holidays where I have lost my phone. I already knew that I wanted to change my provider and choose Sunrise. So I went to the shop and explained my situation and that I need a new working phone asap. The responsible person in the shop, Mr D. V., politely opened up a new mobile abonment and did all the administrative work. He also promised me, that if I do the mobile abo with Sunrise for 2 years that I will get a HP notebook within 3 weeks. Cool, right? Well, he gave me the Sunrise SIM-card, the new device and the receipt. What he missed to mention is that in that situation I still needed a new SIM-card from my old provider in order to make the new phone work. Since it was Sunday the only shop open was the one at the airport and so it would have been an easy thing - well, if it would have been mentioned by Mr. V. So I had to wait until Monday morning at 9am until the first shop opened again to get a new SIM-card. I am now still waiting for the HP notebook and just got informed by a customer service employee that this will only be sent 2-3 weeks after the new contract started, which will be October. Again, wrong information from Mr. V. I usually don't blame people directly, but the only goal he had was to open up a new contract. He did not care about any service at all.

I went to this store for a SUNRISE prepaid card, but somehow I got a YALLO Card. When I confirmed with the people there, he said this is sunrise. After two days I realized it's NOT and I have to wait for 14 days to change the company. RIDICULOUS!

On a recent trip to Switzerland, we bought a phone from Sunrise. The phone worked fine at the airport; however, as soon as we left the airport, we had no end of problems with the phone and lack of network coverage throughout our entire trip throughout Switzerland. The most serious event was when I needed to call for an ambulance for my wife. The phone would not let me make the call, even when trying to use the emergency calling feature. I had to wake our neighbors at 4:30am and called for an ambulance using their phone. On our return to the Zurich airport, we raised our concerns with the Sunrise store manager, who was unwilling to take the phone back, as the phone worked at the airport. Clearly they have good network coverage at the airport, but no where else in Switzerland. And the customer service from this company is appalling. Needless to say, don't ever use Sunrise for mobile phones or SIM cards.

1) Got a reacharge code for my renewal which does not work. Customer representative was friendly at first and asked me to check back after some hours. But did not get any follow on update. 2) Had to go twice to ask about the status about my renewal code. And then some young customer service representative completely rude asked me to checkout next day as he has no idea. Horrible and unfriendly attitude out of no where. Never had such behaviour from any other Sunrise store. 3) Humble request to educate the staff about customer relation especially the young ones.
