I have experienced few vets in Zug area and I can say that this one clinic is the best. First of all, the doctors and other med personnel is kind and it's noticeable that they are treating the animals with respect and kindness. The health checks are careful and detailed, the doctor listens to all the comments and always is trying to help and find the solution. I recommend this clinic!

Everyone there was super friendly and helpful. They were kind and loved my dog. They answered all of my questions and helped with extra issues with the import of my dog. They did it all in English, everyone there helped in English. Everything was excellent.

Just registered with MyVets and it was a really great experience. The waiting area is large with sofas and drinks for the dogs. There's coffee for those needing a fix. The reception staff were really helpful and dealt with our queries well. The registration process was fast and easy. The vets were very good and gave good advice for our 3 dogs. We had some complicated situations due to health issues and they provided useful advise which was better from 1 day than the 3 years we got in the UK. Overall I would highly recommend them. They came as a recommendation to me in the first place. For those trying to find the entrance it's round the back of the building, not the side where you drive in. It's on the first floor.
