I am very happy with the service provided by Globegarden. The staff is very friendly, professional and helpful. They are happy to discuss my daughter's experience there and ways to make it better.

Would recommend GlobeGarden Dorfstrasse in a heartbeat. Our son had a really good experience and was always happy to go there in the morning. A lot of attention is given to the kids: any incident was reported to the parents and when our kid seemed a bit down (sick or tired), we were immediatly informed or asked to check if everything was ok. They have a great access to the forest, where they enjoy daily walks and a really nice shaded garden, with lots of toys to play with. Caretakers that took care of our son were great and he really loved them - asking about them during the week-end as well. The indoor premises are clean and looked after - kids can enjoy a \jumping room\ where they develop their motricity (and are happy to show the new jumps they learned when back home !). Prices are in the range of other KiTa.

I am thankful for the 2 years my son spent here. Unfortunately, looking back, I would try to find another place -- despite the fact that they do many good things, the caregiver's transparency was a big problem for me. As an example, there was an episode when, despite caregivers describing it as a \great day\, my son would come home crying and mentioning he was hit by other children. This persisted for two weeks, at which point, when pressed, the caregivers admitted there were two children in the group who were bullying and hitting others. For me, being transparent and open about such issues is the first step to resolving them, but this did not happen.

Not enough staff, ladies are very chatty between themselves and pay little attention to the kids.
