I have a Jean de Eve watch that needs repair, sent an email to find out who I can get to service my watch in Australia. No response!

I have a Jean d'eve Samara 2. Although I like the look of the watch I have bad experience with the service and the quality of the watch. They did not respond on direct emails. Via a local jeweler I find a way to send my watch for repair. Over the years it needed repair 3 times. One and a half year ago the watch was revised and now is defect again for the 4th time. This is not a cheap watch and the 3 repairs cost me more than half of the watch already. I like more watches from this brand but the service and quality lacks a lot. This brand is not known in Holland and this way it will stay like this.
J'ai toujours bien aimé cette marque horlogère, mais existe elle encore? Des montres Jean d'Eve se fabriquent elles encore ?
