Great restaurant with some really unique dishes never seen before.

Nice Japanese, not cheap but really good.

Their pork cutlet curry literally only has pork cutlet and absolutely no other ingredient. In Japan, you get a few veggies such as carrots & potatoes in the curry to make it a more balanced meal... I expected more for a 35Fr-dish.

Terrible waitress, disrespectful and dishonest. She made a mistake then talk down on my friend when she pointed it out. Never said sorry for her behaviour. Food is alright but very small quantities.

Very average food and unfriendly service. Decoration was awful and the name “Izakaya” is misleading. That said, Kakinuma’s original restaurant remains one of my favourites

Great Japanese buffet lunch on Saturdays. Good quality food for a reasonable price for Geneva.

Possibly the best Japanese I ate at in Switzerland. Food is made with finesse and delicious for both warm dishes and sushis. Service is great and very attentive. We had quite a wait for our first dishes so they offered us an extra amuse-bouche for the wait as well as an extra sushi dish later on as an apology. Drinks were also very good. The sakes are really well presented. My only two nagging points were that the seats were not too comfortable (the wall side bench could use pillows for back-rest) and one of the waitresses did not pronounce the dishes correctly.
