I discovered the reviews on here right after I ordered which made me worried and skeptical. My order arrived a week later even though I paid extra for the express delivery (which includes saturday delivery) thinking it would come within 2-3 days. This is unacceptable and should not be an option if the company cannot process the package to deliver it on time. They do have a good selection of products which are usually not found in CH (such as RAW Black papers) but they should really work on answering calls and emails from customers, both of which were ignored. This only makes the customer more worried that they've been scammed after reading the reviews here with similar experiences.

This post pertains to my last post about not receiving my soil. I finally did receive my soil today! But, my wife & I had to do some digging & research where our shipment went. When we finally realized the shipping Co. still had our soil they delivered it to us today. Mr. hemp wasn’t going to help us find our shipment, but they weren’t thieves in my situation thankfully. They’re customer service needs some serious adjusting however.
I made an order (Nr. 1330-1649) for CBD pets snack on the 18th of august and I still don't have any information about the shipping and the package !! I'm wondering if this is a scam because apparently I'm not the only one with that issue. I tried to call them but no one answered, I send them an email but I still don't have any answer and their chatbot is completely useless. I'm still waiting on any information for my order but until then I will never order again and tell everyone to NOT order on this website as it is clearly malicious. EDIT : I received my package two days ago so the website is legit but I still think that it is outrageous that we didn't received any information about the shipping nor the delay of shipping, and that no one answered my email until today (28th of September). Also, the CBD pet oil was sent without any packaging around it so it brooked and there is half of the product missing, who leaked in the box.

Scam - bestellt woanders! Zwei Monate nach meiner Bestellung eines damals ausverkauften Produkts (November 2019) bat ich um Stornierung und Rückzahlung. Bisher hat Mr. Hemp per Mail nur nach meinen Bankdaten gebeten (Februar 2020). Eine Rückzahlung hat bis jetzt leider nicht stattgefunden und auf meine Email wird auch nicht mehr geantwortet..
Scam! 2 weeks, no package. And No answer. Arnaque ! 2 semaines, pas de colis. Et Pas de reponse. Ich habe mein Paket nicht bekommen. Und sie antworten nicht!
Toujours pas reçu ma commande. Ça fait plus d'un mois. Et le pire c'est que les personnes du site ne me répondent pas. Service épouvantable !!
