Absolutely top notch dining experience with an exceedingly friendly staff. We tried two five-course menus with wine pairing and were extremely satisfied. The food, and the wines, are all local and we were very surprised with the high quality of the Swiss wines. The food was extremely well prepared, to perfection. During a two-week trip of Venice, Seefeld, St Moritz and Interlaken we ate at several gourmet restaurants and this was by far the best one.

Dined at this high-end French restaurant at Victoria Jungfrau Hotel & Spa in January. The ambiance is elegant, great for a formal dinner on special occasions or with friends and loved ones. Most of the staffs spoke very good English. They were attentive, but sometimes too much attention seemed pretentious and made us uncomfortable. We ordered a la carte. The dishes are nicely presented but don’t taste as good. Crepes show was fabulous; however, the crepes itself was too sweet and too sour. The cook used too much liqueur; the flame lasted for a long time. In the end, what’s necessary to mention is their bread because that’s the only food we enjoyed. E

Great experience
Wonderful gourmet restaurant with some playful and inventive dishes. We at here on our Alpenwild food tour in the Bernese Oberland. A great place to escape the tourist crowd.

We celebrated my husband's birthday in La Terrasse when we visited Interlaken and they made it a memorable evening. Our table, which had a wonderful view, was beautifully decorated and strewn with fresh rose petals. The food, wine and the service were wonderful and we were surprised and delighted to be presented with a birthday cake (which we had not ordered). I cannot thank the staff enough for creating a very special occasion for 2 strangers. Thank you.
