Very rude staff and low quality bikes. Tried to rent a bike from them for my 8 year old. First the seat wouldn't adjust height and the staff acted as if they were doing me a huge favor adjusting it for me. Then we paid and started walking out. We had barely crossed the road when it became pretty clear that the bike was too heavy for her to handle and they didn't have the right one for her. When I went to give it back, the staff literally yelled at me saying that I keep coming back with problems and ended up charging me for a full hour. Go here only if you want to spoil your vacation experience.

Our only pathetic experience in Europe. The bad reviews below are a hundred percent true. Extremely rude and racist staff and zero courtesy towards customers. They accused my mother and I of stealing a cap and forcefully checked our bag and jacket instead of rechecking their video footage to clarify any doubts or assumptions they might have imagined in their heads, just as we were about to step out of the store since I didn’t like any of the magnets they had which I wanted to purchase as a souvenir. Without any evidence whatsoever what kind of people treat customers this way! I co-operated only because we were just the two of us in a foreign city and I didn’t want to cause a scene. If I am vacationing in Europe I obviously can afford to buy everything in their store, and clearly wouldn’t want to steal their cheap low quality products; not sure why they are not sensible enough to deduce that. Unfortunate that we had to encounter behavior like this, in a beautiful city like Interlaken which is such a tourist hub, especially since every other experience we have had with people in Europe has been so great. Folks you have been warned !! Stay away from this store if you want to avoid such harrassment !!
A very pleasant shop ,a lot cheaper option of souvenirs than the rest of interlaken. Nice staff and gave me 10% off my total. Thankyou
Very rude and racist counter girl. I was pleased to find a halal grocery shop in Interlaken as I was looking for some halal items. However upon looking around I was rudely blocked from trying to find my items and told “who do you Indians think you are” despite the fact that I am not an Indian as well as being Muslim. Turns out there are plenty of halal options in Interlaken and given the attitude of staff I would not recommend anyone going to this shop.

인터라켄에서 햇반이 먹고싶어서 아시아마트랑 여러군데 들렀는데 계속 못찾다가 마지막날 여기를 발견했어요!!! 햇반 진짜 쌓여있고 하나에 2프랑이었습니다 한국과자랑 간단한 음식(김치같은것)도 꽤 있어요!! 햇반 필요하신분 꼭 가보세요!!!
