!! WARNING !! This company is just ok to buy it cheaper. Do not expect any competent consultation and installation of the appliance. The owner Mr Faccinetti is very loud, arrogant and dishonest. He's not customer oriented at all - so do not expect anything back from this company if the slight little details goes wrong or something is faulty. Same happen to me, I've told him what we currently have and that we would like to buy a new appliance. The order was placed, the appliance was delivered and not attached how it should have been. Instead we had to call a technician from vzug to fix and pay the work and material on our own. Thank you so much, I will definitely NOT buy anything at NETTOLAND and/or ARMONY KÜCHEN again. !! WARNUNG !! Diese Firma ist einfach in Ordnung, um es billiger zu kaufen. Erwarten Sie keine kompetente Beratung und Installation des Geräts. Der Besitzer Herr Faccinetti ist sehr laut, arrogant und unehrlich. Er ist überhaupt nicht kundenorientiert - erwarten Sie also nichts von dieser Firma zurück, wenn die kleinen Details schief gehen oder etwas fehlerhaft ist. Das gleiche passiert mir, ich habe ihm gesagt, was wir aktuell haben und dass wir ein neues Gerät kaufen möchten. Die Bestellung wurde aufgegeben, das Gerät wurde geliefert und nicht so angebracht, wie es hätte sein sollen. Stattdessen mussten wir einen Techniker von vzug anrufen, um die Arbeit und das Material selbst zu reparieren und zu bezahlen. Vielen Dank, ich werde definitiv nichts mehr bei NETTOLAND und / oder ARMONY KÜCHEN kaufen.

Nettoland (owned by Armony kuchen) promised a delivery date 7 to 14 days after paying (written on the order confirmation and on an email that we had with them after 7 days). After 17 days, I decided to call them (still no fridge in my shop :) ), they told me that this is not their fault and almost that I was the problem here. Speaking so loud in the phone that all my employees was hearing him talking to me so agressively. Then I called directly the boss (something like Mr Faccinetti), he was not ashamed that the man in the customer service was speaking very aggressively to us (the customer). The answer to that, after more than 2 weeks (if you are not happy we can cancel the order). Never seen that in my life and we have more than 60 providers !!! As a company, when 1 one of my provider is late, I explain that gently to my customers and I apologize for the delay. I will never try to make them think that it is their fault, or speak to them agressively and say \if you are not happy we can cancel your order\.

Sehr freundlich und super Service.
Ich kann von einer Bestellung bei Nettoland.ch bzw. Armony Küchen AG nur abraten: Nicht nur ist die Beratung sowie der Umgang der Eigentümer dieser Unternehmung absolut unprofessionell und unakzeptabel, auch die Erledigung von Bestellungen lässt mehr als zu wünschen übrig. Wir werden rechtliche Schritte einleiten und ich empfehle jedem potenziellen Kunden, das ebenfalls vorher mit der Ombudsstelle eCommerce sowie dem Schweizerischen Anwaltsverband abzuklären.
Küchenbauer mit Erfahrung. Gleich an der Hauptstraße eine Ausstellung mit vielen Möglichkeiten um Ideen zu finden. Der Besitzer gibt sich Mühe und ist immer auf Trab, versucht den Kunden Glücklich zu machen. Macht auch mal das unmögliche Möglich...
Une équipe très agressive et arrogante. La personne au service client m'a crié dessus car il ne voulait pas accepter le non-respect des délais annoncé. A fuir ! C'est mieux de dépenser 100-200CHF de plus et d'acheter son matériel dans une boutique plus respectueuse de ses clients !
Schöne Ausstellung. Preis Leistung stimmt. Mitarbeiter sehr professionell. Leider musste ich auf Ersatzteile sehr lange warten.
