Cozy and friendly lodge just outside Andermatt. Best starting point for ski touring, CX skiing and hiking/biking. Food is also great (tasty big portions, great after a day of sports) and the staff is helpful, friendly and very nice.

Excellent welcome and the decorations is so nice. The rooms are clean, spacious and the space is well organized. The breakfast is good and of high quality products (cheese, cereal bread, Italian style coffee). We’ll definitely come back again when in the region.

The Sust Lodge is located in Hospental, few minutes from Andermatt by shuttle bus or train. The ideal location for sport activities such as ski, cross-country ski, hiking and biking. It offer a cozy and friendly atmosphere. The rooms are simple but very nicely furnished, spacious and comfortable. The dining room has a very nice fireplace corner with couches, where to indulge after dinner. Very good menu at very reasonable price. The lodge also has a small parking lot (but there are other parking opportunities nearby) and a ski room for skis and boots. Simone, the manager, makes everyone feel at home and he is very available for any support or need. I will definitely go back!
Perfect. Just what you need and nothing more for a good price. Ideal place for base camp in Andermatt. Nice people. Thumb up.
We only took a beer inside, buy the place looks really nice also for food.

Upon check-in I was greeted by a staff member who was very helpful and personable. The vide is relax and sports minded... summertime cycling and hiking and I assume winter time skiing and exploring. Rooms are small and minimal but they are clean and cozy. The lobby is a great place to relax and socialize. Not advertised, but the INCLUDED morning continental breakfast/coffee is superb!! I stayed during the month of September and I was surprised by their incredible and tasty dinner menu. p.s they have an indoor secure storage room for bicycles and other sports equipment.
