Easy way to cross lake of Zürich , both ways

Quick and easy way to get to the other lake side. Staff is friendly and effective, prices are ok. They adjust the amount of ferries to the truffic situation, so there is never a long wait. There is a small covered room on a ferry on a ground floor and a big one on the upper floor to hide from bad weather.
Fastest connection if you want to avoid the traffic jams in Zurich or Rapperswil, note that if you use the service more often it is a good idea to get a permanent ticket or a prepaid card - both can be purchased on board of the ships. Note that you can only pay cash on board, cards only work in the small cafeteria which however closes early. There is also no ATM closeby. Zvv tickets are accepted (obviously for people only and not for cars)
Very short waiting time, relatively inepensive. Bad: Cash or Ferry Card subscription, No other plastic money.
Für 1.50 (Fußgänger) über den See. Der Ein und Ausstieg geht absolut reibungslos. Kann ich nur empfehlen
