Same Skies

Same Skies is located in Henggart, Switzerland on Schiblerstrasse 10. Same Skies is rated 3 out of 5 in the category international affairs in Switzerland. Same Skies is an innovative, international non-profit organisation supporting refugees and asylum seekers in transit scenarios. We are registered in Switzerland (2014), Australia (2016), Malaysia (2017) and Indonesia (2017), and our operations focus on displaced communities in Southeast Asia. Our aim is to empower refugees and asylum seekers to live with self-determination and dignity, thus our focus lies on capacity-strengthening, training, coaching and mentorship of refugee-led groups and initiatives. The establishment of the organisation was a result of the co-founders'​ lessons learnt in international refugee protection and assistance, particularly in the Australian context and on Nauru and Manus Island. We debriefed on our common experiences and decided that it was time to find new and better ways of working with displaced communities.
