The hotel room was very cheap, super noisy not only for the street but also could hear everything from other rooms. I couldn’t sleep because it was also super cold with no heat, I even got sick. Since I couldn’t sleep correctly I went back home and they didn’t give me my money back for 3 other nights!!

Place is not as bad as I expected with some reviews. Good location, decent clean. I recommend book the limited 20chf parking as outside only night parking is free. I fell in love with the female receptionist. Be aware they have no kitchen utilities in the room. Except kettle and 2 glasses. Coffee tea is provided. Also our curtain fell out told them to fix it they didn't. That's where they lost a star. 5 min walks is a migros supermarket.

The best place I stayed during a month visit in Ticino. They responded the messages straight away, all staffs speak fluent English. The lobby is decorated with antique items. Conveniently located, the bus stop is just across the road and tourist received complimentary Ticino tickets for unlimited rides on the bus and train as well as free or discounted entrance to some attractions. Free wifi. Detailed information supplied in the room, clean, spacious with complete amenities. Cool minimalist clothing rack. Pantry with necessary utensils, microwave, mini bar and And the outstanding service is we can do the laundry for free. The ironing board is ready to use. My room has a terrace with nice view, will come back again and stay longer next time.

Just don't, we wanted to try an apartment with a kitchenette. It was horrible... cuttlery and utensils suddenly were 15 chf extra... we were told they have all the details on booking .com but we booked in hotels.com !? Very weird. I told him i dont have the information so I dont pay. I got the utensils but only a pan a pot,plates ans cuttlery. Nothing to stir a sauce or flip eggs, no cleaning stuff nothing. Never again... the pots were dirty with stuff from people before. This is a horrible building. Book something else!!!

Guest house Lugano, situated on the hill side utop of the city centre, a nice part and suburb of Lugano. Within walking distance to the city, and the cultural museum of Lugano. I have to rate is so, the staff were wonderful, friendly, polite, helpful, and efficient. The room for 7 people we had booked, was very clean, spotless. We arrived early and they accommodated us without hesitation, the foyer and reception is immaculate and so so clean, this is the first impression, we were all pleasantly surprised. Well done to the team, we had a great stay.

Small rooms, no heating, no electricity, only if you turned on the lights you have power. Cutlery costs 15 CHF extra. Booking had 8.1 that's why I booked this hotel but never again. In the bathroom was really cold, i could barely take a shower.

Hotel has a very good location, less than 10min walking from the lake. However staff was not friendly at all when requesting for the "free nearby parking space" as it is not free and no solution was proposed... indeed,parking is in the street and it is free o my if you move your car every 2 hours.. . When I asked the staff to modify their add for future guest they just refused and were rude to us. One nice lady from the staff helped us to go to the police station to obtain a card for street parking(CHE 30 FOR 2 days). The room was fine but kitchenware were Limited, not all clean, and the room door was broken so light and sound came in even when locked (no privacy at all !). Room was Ikea furnished. Expensive stay with unexpected additional costs on parking.
