Great visit, very informative and well organized. You get 3 types of cheese to taste. The restaurant had a great lunch offering and fast and friendly service. The fondue is delicious, and you can share a portion with at least one other person. The quiche is practically a huge salty cheesecake - not what I had imagined but very tasty.

The cheese museum of Gruyère is really a cool place, surprisingly i enjoyed it so much. They have a section where you get to smell what cows eat, and how different are the plants and the grass and that was something nice. They also give you a gratitude free cheese sample to taste. I believe it's a nice activity to do! I had a student discount so i paid 6 CHF only!

If you are a cheese lover, this is the place to go!!! Amazing tour with cheese samples of different age/maturity stage. The shop has everything and all the cheese you might need! The restaurant has amazing fondue too. It's nice to see the locals going there for wine :)

Cool experience of the typical Swiss cheese making : the Gruyère We were there on a Sunday, so no making But seeing videos was largely enough and probably made the visit smoother with better learning. Some samples of cheese are offered with cheese of different age. Pretty cool. Along side the manufacturing, there is a market!

There is a cheese shop (souvenir shop), restaurant, and factory tour as a part of this place. The restaurant is always booked and requires reservations if you want a place to sit. The factory itself is a short and sweet tour. You get audio guides that take you through the end to end process of cheese making along the different displays. They've made it interesting by making the whole thing from the perspective of a cow :) They also give a small cheese sample at the entrance! The entrance fee for students is 6 CHF.

A great place to visit especially for cheese lovers! The visit itself is not long but it's perfect to know the basics about the process of making Gruyère. The boutique and restaurat are also great, they use the cheese in most of their menu, but kind of expesive for what they serve.
