Nice, but crowdy. And the waiting period for the cable car is too long. In the evening we had to wait about 1,5 hour to get to the cable car on our way down the hill. The place itself is really beautiful. I just want to warn, that the Cable car goes a bit slowly, than usual in CH. On the other hand, there is a restaurant you can stay in, till the queue is smaller.

Nice modern cable car that brings you up to Rigi Scheidegg, a part of Rigi that is usually not very crowded. Very nice views from the top on the surrounding areas and a good starting point for hikes in Summer as well as Winter. Friendly and helpful employees, but prices are rather steep.

Bit difficult to say much. The cable car ride was good but due to low cloud visibility at the top was minimal. Not a good period of weather in Switzerland as in most of Europe at the moment

Make sure you have a day pass ticket, one trip can cost you almost the same. Then you can go around with this small train to Rigi, the other side of the mountain down, visiting lovely village there and come back. Then it's great value for the day pass.
