The worst service experience I have ever had. It's been a month since I sent my mobile phone for repairememt (the phone is till under guarantee). I needed to give 3 calls to mobiletouch, write 2 emails until I finally received an answer. Btw, after 2 weeks they still couldn't fine my phone. Luckily I had a post tracking number as the evidence so they could not claim they didn't receive it. Mobiletouch requires from me 50 CHF to send back my phone. The reason is that it cannot be repaired and I need to cover the cost of the investigation. Very poor client experience. Pls stay away from the firm.

I must confess i was worried wen i sended my galaxy s20 ultra 5g through Swisscom warranty and saw the reviews of this company. My experience was very good only took a week and i think the sended me a new phone. Overall I'm very happy with the service.
I send my phone there because the main camra was defective (phone bought at digitec) It took them 10 WEEKS to diagnose my phone and pretend that the water indicator was activated (water damage), therefore the warranty was cancelled. I was surprised and decided to dissassemble the phone when they send it back to me (without repair). I discovered that the water indicator was in fact NOT ACTIVATED, therefore the warranty should not have been canceled. Don't trust this compagny, shame on digitec to work with them.
Today is exactly 3rd months when my Galaxy Buds were sent for warranty repair. Poor email reply, no phone contact). I wonder who is responsible for the customer service there. ABSOLUTE DISASTER.
I went in person to fix a phone bought out of Switzerland and was still in warranty. They fixed it in less than 45 minutes and explaining every step very well. I did not get the name of the guy who attended me but he was very clear and talking fine English. Much better and faster than expected! The only bad thing is that it is far from the public transport.
Never in my life I received such a terrible service. 67 DAYS and I have yet to receive my laptop, which I sent for a screen repair (oh and of course I have already paid them several weeks ago). I give one star ‘cause there is not a minus infinite option. Do yourself a favor and never send your devices to this “company”, it’s just a scam.
Sent my phone to mobile touch on the 30th of April. Arrived for pick up on the 6th of May. Mobiletouch waiting until the 11th to pick up the package. Since then, I've been waiting to get my phone fixed. Communication by e-mail, and Facebook was never answered. WhatsApp get responded to now and then but now has been silent for over 1 week. As a service partner of Wingo I've hoped that they would have a good service but it's been beyond excuse how long this process is taking. A repair will cost roughly 400chf which is OK but the fact that they need over 1 month (and still waiting) to do so is unacceptable. If you have the chance do not send any product to this company as they are just incapable of Customer Service, or delivering on the promise of repair within 3 days! Will never use their service again, nor should you. Save your time and money and a lot of hassling to try to figure out what is going on. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves.
