Placed my order with them on 11-19-2019 order# 18674 the total amount was 558.28 I have orders from many sites true authentic cigars. After many emails to Damien 37 total emails to date I got two of my cigar boxes. Exactly 1 month later both boxes came in vacuumed seal pkg however both seal were broken I took pictures before opening cigars seem authentic and smoked great. Now for the rest of my review since I received part of order I have emailed Damien atleast 8 times with absolutely no response order still say pending still waiting for my partagas minis you try calling one number is disconnected and other is always busy pretty sad I was really looking forward to ordering again but to be honest this experience hasn’t left me very satisfied pretty much zero communication after I got my 1st part of order I guess I have no choice but to contact my Cc company and have them open investigations or just do a chargeback hope this gets resolved soon enjoy your smokes and cheers update today January 15 2020 got a chargeback credit after my own credit card company obviously couldn’t get in contact with Damian @ duty free cigars huge disappointment I was really hoping I could use them again but there is very little consumer confidence he never even returned more of my emails or responded to the review thanks and best regards buyer be aware

WOW!!! very fast shipping in CA, took it less than a week & cigars came in fresh vacuum sealed. Damian is a very nice guy & he responded to my inquiry right away. He also has the best prices in every box, I will definitely order more boxes from this store...
Order Number : 18366 priority shipping. Confirmed payment on October 3rd and I sent an e-mail asked for the status of my order on October 14th. Until now October 27th no one reply my e-mail, not even Damian Cayman. I hope someone at dutyfreecubancigar will let me know about my order. I don’t mind if it is back order, I just want to know the status of my order. Update: Just got an update from Damian that my order will be shipped in the next 48h due to so many orders they got to send out. I’m so happy and can’t wait to receive my order. The sticks were a little late arriving due back order, but man were they worth the wait!! Wrapped to perfection and looked great... Tasted even better!! And the prices are excellent. Great looking out, Damien!

Brilliant I have used this website twice . Very reasonable prices and the quality of cigars are excellent . Very well packaged and delivery is around 5-7 days . Also the cigar boxes have not been opened and the seals intantact , not like some other websites I have used . Customer service is impressive I had some queries and I had a response within the hour . I Will be using my new found Cubans for years to come . You be disappointed. Keep up the good work Damien. ..
I had a great experience with Duty Free Cuban Cigars. Despite hurricanes making delivery plans hectic and worrisome, they quickly processed and shipped my Cohibas. They arrived in very secure and safe packaging with no damage. The cigars were fresh and tasted amazing. I will be ordering again.
