Great provider! They have a big know how, the Support and customer service are kind and do a really good job. I made a good experience with VTX. easy handling of the services, for ex. they have a app for TV and the possibility to manage the phone service myself, also for private customers really easy to handle.

Bin seit Jahren VTX Kunde. Das Internet ist sehr stabil und ich erreiche die versprochene Bandbreite (sogar etwa 10% mehr). Das Highlight ist jedoch die Telefonie (VoIP), die seit Jahren perfekt funktioniert. Die Qualität ist sehr gut. Auch der Kundenzugang ist sehr gut aufgemacht und einfach zu bedienen. Mit dem TV-Angebot bin ich ebenfalls sehr zufrieden. Die Kosten für das Internet dürften preislich ruhig an die Konkurrenz angenähert werden, für die Telefonie sind sie ok, TV finde ich recht günstig. Kann ich empfehlen.
Ne vous faites pas avoir, connection internet plus que désirable marche une fois sur deux pour des tarifs très chers pour la prestation fournie.Attention également si vous voulez résilier le contract, ils le renouvellent chaque année, même si vous êtes chez eux depuis plusieurs années.On doit être plus qu'attentif pour avoir l'éventuel choix de changer d'opérateur.
Des prestations et un service exécrable. De vrais escrocs. Une connexion internet lente et qui se coupe sans arrêt, il y a des moments où cela fonctionne plus ou moins correctement mais cela est rare. Service clientèle sympathique mais parfaitement incompétent (ou est-ce simplement du je m'en foutissme ?). Fournisseur à recommander sous aucun prétexte...
