I did the Bank robbery with my wife and had a lot of fun. Clues were provided at reasonable times and didn't give away too much. Production values were good with some high tech solutions. Staff was very proficient in English, and all the directions in the room was available in English as well. Room was clean and it was not uncomfortable to look for clues on the floor etc.

When you book online, there's no way of knowing the difficulty level of the puzzles. my partner and I are experienced players but our two friends were first timers. We accidentally got the hardest room, with as we found later, a 15% success rate. The decor in the ancient pyramid room is sparse. The floor is sand, which I thought was creative but would have liked a warning ahead of time, so I could wear something other than sandals. What I found most disappointing is, as the game progresses, the puzzles became linear, so each thing must be solved before anything else can happen and there aren't enough puzzles for people to work on separately. That's a terrible set up, if you have a group! Toward to end, we were all standing around staring at each other because there wasn't enough to do. The host wasn't paying attention to what we were doing so when we had to ask for a clue, we had to recount everything we had done. We ended up escaping but the host had no idea the time. We think we were over by two minutes. As super competitive players, who like to set records, we found this casual time keeping frustrating. I did think a couple of the puzzles were really clever, which is the reason they didn't get one star, only. We probably won't go back to MindEscape. If you are considering an escape game in Geneva, there are better rooms in the area.
Fun and entertaining. Perfect for a short animation with friends and colleagues before dinner. It takes about an hour to solve the mystery. Nice staff.
Great experience I played the outdoor version I had a lot of fun trying to solve a mystery all over Geneva walking in the streets trying to solve puzzles!!!really magnificent and very clever you must go!!!!
Did two rooms at this place, quite nice, but not best decorations if to compare to other escape games in Geneva.
Very immersive experience! A lot of fun. Played their personalised \big game\; we were a group of 65 with my company and played all together in a (not sure I can call it like that) theatrical escape room. Basically they had 7-8 actors performing while we were playing all together. Have done more than 10 escape games - never seen that before. Well done guys!
Excellent! Played all 3 available rooms and I really hope they create another one soon. Great story and atmosphere in all of them. I would easily rank it the best escape room in Geneva and among the best 3 I've been (among 40)!
Amazing!!!! I have tried the serial killer room and it’s an unforgettable experience. You have to go there with your friends. You'll have a great time. I will definitely do the other rooms! Looking forward to try the “Pyramid” Thank you!
