Depending on the chauffeurs they will try to steal your money. Yes, it might be only 2-3 francs but by principle that is a scummy way to do business. I do not recommend their service.

Writing on behalf of my pregnant wife as it was a very traumatic experience today. She was going to the doctor office and has difficulty to walk. The driver brought her to another street in unknown district and once my wife said that it was the wrong street the person said the address does not exist pointing at house numbers, whereas he did not use the navigation for help. He shouted at wife and my wife was in total distress, afraid to walk anywhere until I picked her up half an hour later. Of course she missed her doctor appointment as well. I have not seen her in this state for many years.
Main Taxi Service in Geneva. Clean cars, nice Drivers, Geneva prices. But whatever the price, better than Uber anyway. Support your local Taxis!
I was really disappointed in this Taxi Service. I had ordered two taxis at 13:00, at the CERN site at Meyrin to be at the CMS site at Cessy at 13:30 (this is only 12 km, so perfectly doable). One taxi arrived on time, the other one arrived twenty minutes late. Not only was he late, he was also very rude and very condescending, implying that our trip wasn't that urgent, that a couple of minutes late doesn't really matter... What's even worse is the fact that he did not know the way at all, I had to use MY mobile data to look up the address on google maps and tell HIM when to take a turn/what exit on a roundabout to take, and then he was still being rude to me about the vocabulary I used when guiding him. The complete inadequacy of the driver came, of course, with a large price tag which was over 60 CHF (without counting the 4G I had to spend on this trip). If you want a reliable, friendly and payable taxi service, Taxi-Phone is definitely NOT the taxi service for you! The only reason why I even gave one star, is because the driver was actually able to find the spot where to pick us up and only got us 6 minutes late. If I read the other reviews, there are many people who had a similar experience. If Taxi-Phone would have a minimum of respect for there clients, at least a refund for my used Mobile Data would be in place!
