I booked for the bus trip to Chamonix and Mont Blanc on August 24, 2019 with my wife, the trip in general was great including the cable car and the ice cave. The problem was with the responsible lady from Swiss Tours, she insisted in a rude way that my wife and I should sit in seats far from each other although there was another adjacent bus almost empty and going to the same trip. We tried to talk with the bus driver and he was even more rude!!! we felt we are going by a school bus and not on a journey.. I remember the trip responsible and the bus driver shouting at us and asking us to either sit in our chairs or leave the bus! very bad customer service, very rude! I guess the driver was british.

Booked the 8am bus to Chamonix from Geneva. Told to arrive 15 mins early. The staff didn't arrive till 8am so there was never any intention to depart on time. The bus was immediately segregated in to two sections with a \Reserved\ sign. Was told of a delay as we were waiting for a bus from the airport which was in traffic. Enquiring at 8:20 was told we were still waiting for the bus from the airport but we would depart at 8:30 anyway. Continued waiting beyond 8:30 and finally departed at 8:38. It became obvious that they'd consolidated two tours to one bus without advising customers and giving them a choice of refund. The front half of the bus was for a tour (about 10 people), with a guide, who never even acknowledge the 10 people at the back of the bus. I'd specifically booked this bus to be early in Chamonix to beat the other buses and the queue at the Augille de Midi but of course we didn't achieve that. On the return journey I thought I'd be posting a positive review as we left Chamonix on time but the driver diverted to the airport and hence instead of arriving in Geneva at 7:32 it was 8pm. I'm sure Swisstours will respond in a similar style that they've responded to other reviewers but however you look at it the service was not what was purchased; it was unsatisfactory. If there's a schedule change passengers should be notified and given a chance to change or refund. Time is important to some people.
Sold us tickets for a bus that wasn’t even scheduled, and were extremely rude and unprofessional about giving a refund and refused to refund us in the same currency we paid for the tickets in (CHF) because they “had a lot of euros” and wanted to get rid of it. Ended up losing out in return for ZERO service.
They double charged for same seats but would not refund. They refused to forward their complaints procedure or details of a manager to resolve. Avoid. We are looking into contacting Swiss regulatory authorities.
Unwilling to refund after incompatible schedule change I booked a bus transfer to Geneva Airport to Chamonix and back. Prior to our trip they changed the schedule from Chamonix to the airport, which didn't work for us because we would miss our flight. So I asked for a refund of the return ticket. They declined to refund issued tickets.
Bus never showed up, called and they said it did and said I was a liar. I was there half an hour early and waited a whole hour before calling. There were other passengers there too who were waiting with me and they are equally as annoyed as I am. Lying tour company, avoid at ALL COSTS
Je prends souvent le skibus pour Chamonix, facile à trouver , le forfait est donné à l'embarquement. les bureaux sont situés en face de la gare routière . J'ai aussi fait europa park, a l'aler nous avons eu des bouchons mais pour le retour, le chauffeur a retardé le rendez vous pour que nous ne perdions pas le temps dans le parc: super initiative!
Je suis passée acheter un billet pour Europa Park pour l'offrir en cadeau à ma petite-fille, le staff était aimable et souriant. Le jour du départ, le bus est parti à l'heure, les instructions étaient claires, le bus propre et le chauffeur était très gentil. Le parc est très grand, l'univers d'Europa Park en met plein les yeux, il y a des attractions pour petits et grands. Ma petite-fille a réellement apprécié sa journée. Je recommande cette compagnie et j'achèterai probablement une prochaine fois avec eux.
