Long wait times, complicated procedures (like the interior decor of the store) and then unsatisfactory services. When - not if - something goes wrong, you cannot call, you need to go there again ... and wait and watch how four reps service two customers. And they store your picture to recognise (I should say remember) you when after 30 minutes you are greeted. The staff is very friendly though and makes up for much of the trouble of Swisscom.
Not a good service wasting of time
Yes, it's true that (depending on what you need), you may have a long wait. So take a book or do some work. Once you are served, I find the personnel friendly, helpful, and efficient. As the main shop in Geneva, and because of its central location, it should be equipped with more workstations so that more staff can serve customers. And perhaps a ticket/timing system, so you know how long you have to wait. Otherwise, I have only had positive experiences here.
Long waiting time. No numbers just wait and figure out when it is your turn. Long procedures.
