The noodles are really tasty, and the broth was ace. I would happily have everything again minus the pork slice as it was slightly too thick. The place was cosy, and buzzing with people at lunch time. Loved sitting at the bar looking into the open kitchen.

We had the Shio and Spicy Miso ramen. Neither were flavorful. Really missed a whole lot of spices. They only have chicken broth, no pork broth and it missed a lot of soy sauce. We had to add a lot as it was not salty at all. Service was very nice though and cosy seating in a back alley
The look is ramen, the taste is far from ramen.... Sorry for this review, as the service was good! Nevertheless, calling this ramen is very misleading, as ramen sets expectations which were not met. I LOVE ramen, and I could eat good ramen any time of the day. If one would call it a soup, yes, it could work. The dessert saved the meal, the mochi ice cream was good :)
Great taste, and one of the friendliest waiter of Switzerland! Loved the addition of local specialties for fusion ramen.
Attractive restaurant and cosy seating. Perfect for a casual dinner. The ramen however could use a little improving. The toppings are fine but the broth is very weak - not enough richness or layers of flavour. Could have used more tare.
Delicious food and good wine, homemade noodles deserves an extra star, the perfect mix. Looking forward to my next time enjoying the good food.
