Very friendly staff making the shopping experience super pleasant. They helped me check on a particular wallet I was looking for and even guided me on the steps to get a tax claim.
Staff is not knowledgeable and quality of service is far from that of other luxury boutiques. I bought a bag and the staff swore to me that I could do the tax refund in France for the bag. When I tried in France, the customs officer told me the tax refund could only be done in Switzerland - Lost several hundred because of this.
Good looking and cozy place, food is good and super cheap!
We went there in our trip to Geneva. We were very welcomed in Christian Louboutin, Mont-Blanc, and Rolex... but not at Prada. It was raining, nobody in the store. Yet, as we were looking the staff was following us like if we were going to steal something. Little the sales people knew at that store, we are client of the three previous store mentioned in this review. Shame on them to treat customer like this, just because we look like tourist. It doesn't mean we can't spend!!! There was a movie about that, I think.

Ma pochette de tél à duré 1 mois!!!!!!! puis j'ai dù le ramener au magasin. Je le dépose le 14 novembre. Mi-décembre j'y retourne et la vendeuse n'avait pas de nouvelle de la maison mère. Aujourd’hui, toujours sans nouvelle de la vendeuse, je téléphone mais personne ne répond ! Prada vient de perdre une bonne cliente (j'ai 5 sacs Prada). Je trouve le service pour une maison de luxe inacceptable. C'est une honte.
