They don't even deserve one star. They are a company that fraud people. The first experience with them is when they increased without our approval the monthly y amount we used to pay, when we went back to them to tell we didn't agree, they said yes we did but by phone, and which was not true. Yet, everytime they send the bill they add some amount which u don't understand what they are. Before the end of the contract, we send them letter to end the contract, yet with the end with the contract we still received invoices from them, when asking them, they said that it is the phone contract not the Internet that was ended. By that time we started to pay 2 bills for two different companies as we have already contacted with other one. Yet, after the end of the contract, we have been receiving invoices and bills and we were angry of that crazy system. We contacted the customer service and she said paid a certain amount, which she gave it to us on phone and that it's done and that we will not receive any further bills. Yesterday, I received a bill from a follow up company, I guess a law company on their side for which they have added a big amount. I am sure that they fraud people, I don't know how such a company is working in Switzerland.

service clientèle au téléphone lent et incapable de m'aider. J'ai dû répéter 10 fois les mêmes informations, ils ne m'écoutaient pas. Ils m'ont mis 10 minutes en pause et puis j'ai rien eu comme réponse. Déception totale

Le personnel de naxoo shop toujours à l'écoute et trouve toujours une solution et avec le sourire c'est très rares dans d'autres shop on dirait con les derange

Envoie des factures non-légitimes (sans être client chez eux, incroyable), demande d'arrêter d'envoyer des factures 3x au support téléphonique. Après s'être énervé, appelle 2x par jour et raccroche dès qu'on répond. Félicitations, j'étais déjà pas client chez vous, je ne le serai jamais :)
