Delicious gelato BUT very low food-safety standards! The same person that serves the gelato takes care of the payments. They do not accept credit cards below 10 chf, neglecting the safety of their workers and customers over a credit card fee

Large quantities but flavours are very articial and plain... \Artisanal\ really means nothing. They buy a base and mix it with colours and flavours. We took 4 flavours and they all tasted the same! Also service is not so professional. I came with 4 friends, the girl with ring in her nose served us then she moved her hand, like ow get out\... We will not go there again. There are much better ice cream shops in the Geneva lake side

Amazing flavors, generous scoops, and great value. I got the pistachio and caramel salted butter. The caramel was a little too sweet and butterscotch-y, but the pistachio was rich and just the right amount of sweetness. My brother's strawberry tasted just like fresh strawberries. A double cup is only 4.80CHF, which is way more affordable than the other ice cream shops/stands we passed (at least 7CHF for a double cup). Would definitely recommend!

Ice cream mastery and craftsmanship is not highlighted enough... Manu Gelato achieves a perfect balance between flavour, texture, sweetness and richness, making it for me the best ice cream creators in Switzerland. The downfall of most ice creams is the sugar level normally too sweet, but they have nailed the proportions allowing you to fully experience the flavours. I’m not a chocolate ice cream fan (found it boring most of times) but their’s blew me away... the creaminess coupled with the small pieces of chocolate cut in the ice cream giving an incredible structure in your mouth and an even greater taste experience as they melt along. My favorite is ricotta and figues, just no word to describe it. Nocciole just takes you straight in Piemonte under a tree... and pistachio tastes like they were roasted a few minutes ago. Sorbets were amazing as well with passion fruit, strawberry and raspberry at the top for me. Still have many flavours to discover :)

Best ice cream in Geneva, but expect queues in a warm day

5 stars for ice cream. 1 star for payment policy. Best ice cream in Geneva but why have a ‘no cards below 10 CHF’ rule ?? Especially these days- surely cashless and contactless payments are particularly important in a place like this ? Basically, every time someone hands over cash, there is a contamination risk for the next customer: hand washing or glove changing surely doesn’t happen after every transaction?

Definitely some of the best ice cream in Geneva. Highly recommend.
