I ordered the iPhone 12 Pro custom wallet case and AirPods both in granulated leather (highly recommended). The feeling is just great. Excellent quality. There was a small technical issue with the order, but customer service was on hand and sorted it out very quickly and efficiently.

This place ripped me off, I bought a desk pad from them thinking the brand was premium. What I got was a sub par bit of leather that I probably could have made myself. I’d give this company a better review if their products were actually priced similarly to other brands that offer the same level of products (go to Harber London to see what I mean)

Ordered a watch case and received it quite rapidly. Had a VERY visible defect (case is warped - visibly warped – see pictures). It has been a struggle to get my point across, but I managed to reach a satisfactory solution with Customer Service. Conclusion: check your product upon reception and return it if not 100% happy, or be tenacious with the Customer Service. A bitter-sweet experience altogether, that finally ended well.
I was dissatisfied with my item. My cost was refunded.
