We booked a private event that was almost canceled last minute by Aurel. I understand it was an accident but you should supply with an alternative or have backup people that can help. We then requested for the recipes to be shared which we never received. We also feel cheated in the service delivery as we didn’t see any technique or confirmation of costs.

Très déçue, beaucoup trop de monde pas du tout adapté aux débutants. Je n'ai absolument rien appris de nouveau. Aurel Termini avait préparé un nombre incalculable de recette et donc je n'ai vraiment vu qu'une seule des recettes. Bref, je ne conseille pas si le but est d'apprendre à cuisiner. Ça correspond plus à une présentation/animation qu'a un réel cours.

Le cours donné par Aurel Termini a été assez médiocre et moyennement instructif, c'est plutôt une manière de comprendre comment fonctionne la cuisine d'un restaurant qu'un vrai cours. Il n'était pas du tout structuré ou cohérent. En plus, il avait promis d'envoyer les recettes et le support de cours par e-mail, sauf qu'il ne l'a pas fait et on n'a toujours pas reçu de réponses à nos e-mails.
