The staff is friendly. But That's all you get. Though the consultation sounded promising, the bleach job didn't go well. I think they might be better in dealing with cool tones rather than warm ones and lighter hair colors rather than dark ones. I've seen their bleach/dye jobs on others with cool tones, they were perfect. But for me; it kinda went astray. Too bad I had high hopes for this place. Now I'm stuck with the olive green tints (My black hair now looks like an old molded wooden fence), till I find someone to trust him/her with my hair to fix it.
