Vera did a great job with my cut and style. I got about 6 inches of length cut off so it is a big change. Even though we didn't speak the same language I brought a picture and we gestured enough for it to work out really well. It seemed very busy but I was able to just walk-in without an appt.

Unfortunately the blow-dry is really overpriced so this is not a place you can go weekly for your blow-dry. The girl washing my hair started the massage and was so completely absent minded that she kept sticking her fingers into the sides of my eyes and it was painful and with the shampoo I had red eyes and mascara dripping. The blow dry in the end was ok but certainly nothing special.
I came for a blowdry. The staff are very busy so not a lot of personal service (I felt a bit ignored) but the blowdry was good. I would go back if I didnt have another choice but I will search around for a hair salon with better customer service for sure.
