I straight away felt at ease when speaking to Raoul, and was confident that I would be given the best possible advice in my search for an engagement ring that matched all of my requirements. As I was not able to travel, all communication was done remotely via email, phone and video call, and Raoul was very responsive and always took the time to carefully go through all of my questions, which allowed me to learn lots about diamonds in the process. Hauthentic offers fantastic personal touches, including a beautiful and personalised Diamond Passport that traces the full story of the diamond, including a picture and details of the initial rough diamond.
