Though the shop assistants were polite and helpful at first, I was very disappointed that the gym equipment I bought ended up not having all promissed features. Along with the CHF1299 'inspire' indoor bike they sell a specific HR reader (belt) that is supposed to connect only with this bike and with the App so you can see resistance, heartrate, speed ect all in one place. Turns out upon delivery the HR belt isn't compatible with the bike anymore and there is no alternative. Very disappointing because HR readers are a vital feature for such cardio equipment and the bike was sold as having this combined feature. After indicating this to the sales team they do not acknowledge fault and oblige you to bring back the faulty item in person even though you paid for delivery. It's not even about getting refunded for the 50 francs belt, it's the fact that the bike was sold as having features it does not have and the store not accepting responsibility.

Personnel limité, voir nul. Aucune volonté de rendre service et de mauvaise foi. N’achetez pas chez eux! Une fois l’appareil vendu, il n’y aura plus personne en cas de pépin. A vous de voir... Si je pouvais, je ne mettrais même pas une étoile... Julian
Malgré la fermeture des magasins j'ai pu joindre la boutique très facilement par téléphone pour un vélo de spinning, la personne que j'ai eu était très dynamique et apportait une réponse rapide à toute mes questions...rare de nos jours...j'ai donc acheté là bas. Satisfaite.

J'ai trouvé mon vélo d'appartement là bas, j'en suis très content et le service à distance a été très bon malgré les fermetures du moment. Bravo.
