After sale service is terrible. They refused to take my purse for maintenance even I declared would pay for the fee. In the end I got my purse repaired at Rome Gucci shop.
Terrible experience of shopping I bought a ring that was broken and I asked to repair it they took it for nine months and didn’t do anything they didn’t even bother to contact me and left it in the dust they are very lazy and irresponsible after that I found out it wasn’t even registered in their system and they asked me to go to another shop to fix it terrible experience I will never come back! I will link the picture off proof!

Very bad service. I never felt rude service any other shops before. In Geneva Gucci shop, Spended money but I became a stupid consumer who was not treated well.
For Gucci in Geneva there is a very limited stock of Gucci favorites. So many visits to buy some jewellery and in the end we had to buy online as they cant get stock in. We had another big issue with some sports shoes we bought and within 2 days the back snake skin on the shoes started to peel away. After we waited 2 weeks when we returned them, they came back with its not their fault (end of story). Very expensive shoes of poor quality. These experiences turned us off Gucci entirely. There are better brand names in Geneva that really deliver on quality, choice and service.
