I do not recommend this place. I'm quite appalled at what happened when I went in to get my iphone screen fixed. My screen was cracked for 2 weeks and my phone was working perfectly well. After they changed the screen and gave me back my phone it started to act up. Turned off twice before I left the shop so they took it to the back to work on it. I was late for work, they didn't seem to care. I asked them how long it would take and they said they didn't know. After 1.5 hours I couldn't wait any longer so they gave me back my phone and told me to come back tomorrow. My phone's battery died, it started only working when plugged in. I couldn't hear ppl talking when receiving phone calls, and so on. The next day I went back and they said the best thing they could do for me was put my cracked screen back on and reimburse me. They took zero responsibility, insisting they didn't 'touch' those parts of my phone. They were even rude and unapologetic. When they put back my broken screen on my phone, it acted even more oddly, with a red light on the whole time until the phone completely stopped working that day. I am now out 300 CHF as I had to go to Apple to get it replaced. I am beyond disappointed and disgusted. Another thing I didn't like was having to give them my phone password for them to change the screen, I do not trust these people at all.

Très déçu ! Antenne de Lausanne: je viens faire réparer mon smartphone qui pour seul problème a la vitre cassée mais toutes les autres fonctionnalités sont au top. - 2 semaines après la réparation: écran qui bug, problème de tactilité, puis écran noir et inutilisable. - Je le ramène, il me le répare une deuxième fois. 3 semaines après, les mêmes problèmes et écran noir, smartphone inutilisable. - 3ème réparation à l'antenne de Genève, 1 semaine après, les mêmes problème: smartphone HS. - A ajouter une communication nulle (on me dit que mon smartphone est bloqué entre Lausanne et Genève par une agence de transport alors qu'en réalité il n'a jamais quitté Lausanne !!!!), des frais de déplacement et des frais de port pour les réparations, aucunes excuses, déplorable ! Au final, mon smartphone est HS alors que lorsque je l'ai amené, seul l'écran était fissuré mais le téléphone était utilisable. A éviter !
Pour un changement de camera l’écran de protection était à peine abîmé et quand je l’ai récupéré il était émietté en bas. Je l’ai mentionné à la personne qui m’a dit que c’était normale en l’ouvrant, alors que non puisque je l’avait déjà emmené chez Apple et il n’a jamais été cassé! J’aurais au moins apprécié qu’on me propose une solution. Je n’ai pas amené mon téléphone pour le récupérer en mauvais état. C’est clair je ne retournerait pas chez eux.
