My experience with this company was horrendous. The technician (who is also the director) damaged my MacBook Pro while replacing the battery. After five (!) months of back and forth and fruitless repair attempts, the Macbook was returned to me with the trackpad not working, original bottom case screws removed, all personal data erased and unwanted software installed without my permission. Those who want to chance their luck, should be aware that Gg High Tech SA (which was previously known as "GG Informatique") is a one-person company : you will be serviced by the director / technician Georges Ehrlich. However, if anything goes wrong, you will have no-one else in the company to complain to, or seek redress from. My customer experience with Gg High Tech SA and Georges Ehrlich personally was appalling - hence my unfavourable review. I strongly recommend that you stay away from this one person company.

ARNAQUE!!! En février, j'ai contacté la société GG Hightech pour la réparation de l'alimentation de mon PC portable que j'avais cassé (donc basique et le PC pratiquement neuf) Après des semaines de relances, je récupère enfin mon ordinateur mi-avril, INUTILISABLE. Je rappelle donc GG Hightech (GG informatique) qui récupère l'ordinateur mi-avril pour réparer ce qui a été endommagé pendant la tentative de réparation. Nous sommes maintenant fin octobre, donc 6 MOIS plus tard, la personne ne répond plus à mes messages et lorsque après avoir menacé de porter plainte nous convenons enfin d'un jour pour que je récupère mon PC plus de réponses (même schéma en boucle depuis des mois avec excuses bidons et silence radio le jour du rendez-vous!!). Georges (GG informatique) est non seulement totalement incompétent mais surtout extrêmement MALHONNETE. Bref, ENTREPRISE A EVITER ABSOLUMENT!! Les avis positifs sont clairement des fakes ou des connaissances!
