I’m a regular at Duchessa and I’ve never been disappointed so far. The plates are delicious and tasty and the service is remarkable, especially by Julie who’s always so nice and polite. Don’t hesitate to try Duchessa, you won’t regret it.

My husband and I went for lunch and it was fully booked. The staff were extremely gracious and set up a new table for us next to the wine tasting area which was fantastic and better then the main dining area. Service was superb. Food was tasty. Desserts fantastic. Highly recommend.

Food is not good really average, expensive plates and wines, service we had one person who was nice and another one super rude so hard to say. Place is nicely decorated but from a gastronomic perspective to be avoided

We have visited Duchessa for a family dinner. The first impression from design and location overall is great. The restaurant is made with taste and looks amazing. However, nice impression from the place disappeared as soon as we ordered the food. Waiters are grumpy and not suggestive at all. Food is not as tasty as it could be, below average. With such great ambience you expect more from the food and service. I would suggest this place only for a glass of wine with some cheese or meat plate, not more. Great potential of the place that is not used at all...

I have rarely seen such a bad service anywhere; it was remarkable. When I was told to leave my handbag at the other end of the restaurant, next to some people I don’t know, instead of offering a hook or a chair, I thought this must be a joke I don’t get! The food was served super fast; no pause between starters and main dish, which was very disturbing. I liked what I ate, it was delicious but I will not go again. There are many other restaurants in Geneva that treat the customers way more smartly and serve food as delicious, with certainly a lower price.
