I was on a bikepacking trip through France and Switzerland. After many a Col climbed, my brake pads had worn to the point I couldn't brake properly. I was traveling through Geneva to France, I decided I really needed to get them fixed having had a scary experience descending. They very kindly dropped the work they were doing and replaced my brake pads then and there. Brakes are now excellent. The service was both excellent and flexible. Highly recommend.

I bought my bike here almost one year ago. The service and purchase was excellent. I went to the shop again a couple of times to buy some helmets and other accessories. They are always very friendly and have a big variety! Also, they speak English, if necessary.
Purchased an Urban Arrow Family in Sep 2019. Happy with purchasing experience, a bit less so with customer service. The shop is geared toward attracting new customers, which means that the experience of existing customers can suffer. Purchasing experience is great (testing potential bikes on the week-end for free hooked me to the shop), I recommend. No pressure sale, very accommodating. At this point, I'd give the shop five stars. After sales is good - although communication is not always perfect. I had the Urban Arrow cargo cover and the enviolo gear hub replaced under warranty.

Great open mind team! I came with a bicycle that did not come from their shop for a special part and the mechanic spent time looking for to help me out! Magnificent choice of e-bikes and ideal access to Parc des Bastion for a try!
