Love the spirit, love the people, Frank the owner of this Box is a wonderful coach, if you are a beginner in the world of Crossfit he's the one who will you prepare for the basics and you will evolve in a fast as well in a good way. Been in this Box for 3 moths now and I'm always excited to come back to do my workouts.
