I wen't there to renew my passport on a wednesday when appointment are not needed make sure to arrive early and you have no plans after because it will take some hours before they serve you! Bring books so you can entertain yourself while waiting

Needing a passport for newborn baby I struggled to get an appointment online. Decided to show up on Wednesday, arrived 1h before the 9am opening: reasonable welcome, well organized inside, care for children ( there's a changing station), courteous and efficient service, walked out with passport before 10am.

A warm thank you to the passport office... very helpful and invested in finding a solution to my particular problem. Wish this same level of professionalism exists in all consulates worldwide.

I was at the Civil office, very helpful service. I really praise the good work done!

THE WORST CONSULATE EVER. They don't answer phone or mail. When they do they are completely uncooperative and useless. Very hard to communicate in English (apparently Italians born abroad don't matter to them). If you need something urgently, you first have to register, but they tell you it takes \several months\ to be registered in the consulate. A complete waste of time and energy.

Il faudrait dire *MERCI* a la globalization! I remember when I arrived in Geneva in 1969 from London - they had a great SERVICE! Till probably 2000 - But we have to be REALISTIC - wake up!!! Everything that is going wrong - no pardon - not everything - but most of it, is due to globalizationnnnnnnnnnnnnn !!! & Finance!! & Internet - and we have to cope with it! whether we like it or not! c'est come ça! Regardez ce q'arrive en CH: la Poste qui ferme la plus part des bureaux - & après pas mal des Restaurants qui ferment - Secretaries?? plus besoin comme avant etc etc Anyhow I called the Consulat and they were very kind & helpfull!! (Quando si fa una critica mettiamo il soggetto in the whole picture!!)
