Nice and efficient people.
I have visited the consulate this week and had very pleasant experience, despite reading some negative comments from other people. A guard warmly greeted, did a security check and I went to the reception, where staff was also polite although I was late for 10 minutes due to traffic (when I called the Consulate to inform that I was running late, a person on the other side of the phone politely noted that and wished me a nice route). Then I had my rendezvous, where a person meeting me was very polite and professional. Based on my positive experiences, friendly and efficient service, I am rating this consulate high. Thank you
Great staff, but horrible process to get visa. They neither receive or send passport by mail, which means you have to visit them twice to complete the visa process. I lived in Zurich, which means two half working days gone. I understand I was one of the are\ people who ask for a French visa in Switzerland ! The staff did all they could to help me, and I appreciate that.

Simply no experience, nobody is answering... we most probably do not have any unemployement in France... at lest we know why our Public Sevices, paid by us, have so bad reputation
