Jennifer is an amazing teacher- she is gentle and kindness and she corrects the postures if required which I really appreciate. I found the session extremely invigorating and relaxing at the same time.
Very nice yoga studio. The facilities are great and they even have showers. I only had class with Cedric (power yoga) so I don’t know about other teachers, but he was very good and I enjoyed it!
nice and clean facilities. good instructor that does the effort to understand why you want to do pilates and that keeps that in mind during the session. small group so very pleasant.
Small room. Can accomodate max 5 but there were already 9 people when I arrived. My first course. And I even did not start given the conditions. And nobody to welcome...
