Worst luggage quality in Geneva / La pire qualité de valise à Genève I bought a suitcase at this store and two days later I had a flight. The suitcase arrived broken, with its two metal zippers missing so I couldn't close it. I went to the store to ask for a reimbursement and the owner refused to do it, saying that was normal and could happen to anyone. J'acheté une valise dans ce magasin et deux jours après j'avais un vol. La valise est arrivé casé, et les deux zippers métalliques avaient été disparu donc je ne pouvais pas la fermer. Je suis allé de retour au magasin pour demander un remboursement et le propriétaire en a refusé. Il m'a dit que ça était normal et pourrait être arriver à quelqu'un.
