Staff are extremely helpful and service was great. We took a samsonite case in for repairs, it was ready in 2 days and looked brand new. Huge choice in bags and cases and staff who know their stuff.

Do not buy anything if you need after sale service. My very expensive Samsonite suitcase (one out of three) which I recently bought from them was slightly damaged in travel. I wanted it to be fixed by a professional. They did not even send it to Samsonite - too expensive they said. They FaceTimed to them they said. Then they say - buy a new one. Even a child can fix the damage with a bit of a super glue. They were most unpleasant about the whole thing and did lie to me. I had to contact Samsonite myself: their reply was that the damage is repairable under the guarantee. Next time I need to spend serious money I will do it elsewhere! Avoid Buzzano!

The staff is very nice and professional. I bought a Samsonite suitcase in London which turned out to be not a good choice. The wheel kept falling off after each trip. I went to Buzzano Geneva twice (after 2 different trips). There is a workshop in Buzzano Rive, where they fixed the problem the same day. Just for comparison - a Samsonite shop in Madrid gave us only a vague explanation what can be done with the suitcase, in Belgrade, Serbia the Samsonite representative is not reachable and in London, UK the shop wanted to send it to Belgium for servicing (between 5 and 6 weeks). As I am a frequent traveler, I decided to invest in a good piece of luggage, but I am a bit disappointed with the brand. However, the staff if Buzzane Rive Geneva managed the situation very well and did a great job on the two occasions I had to interact with them. Many thanks to the great people working in the shop!
