Marc and Matt are so friendly and attentive; they really know what they’re doing and are happy to walk you through anything that needs to be done on your bike. I called ahead for a general road bike servicing, and the whole process was smooth, with good communication throughout. I also booked a road bike rental online, and it was all ready to my specifications when I picked it up. Overall amazing service in a chill little place! They also organize various group rides twice every week, with a great bunch of riders of all levels, allowing you to discover the best routes in the area.

Today we rented two road bikes from Matt and his colleague. The service and the recommendations about the region were great. In general, the enthousiasm of Matt was beyond compare. We absolutely recommend this place for renting bikes. If you are looking to buy a high end road bike, they have quite a few Trek bikes in store as well!
Sent my road bike in for its service and Marc and the team couldn't have been better. Mary was really helpful, giving me a bit of advice on how to fix a few scratches on the frame, and sent me a quick WhatsApp when my bike was ready to collect so I didn't need to wait around. The price was fair and they did a great job on my bike.

highly recommend this bike shop. i bought only carbon brake pad plus brake shoe but they treated me like i bought the most expensive bike they have. it's about how you treat the people around you. be friendly and it will get back to you.
I'm so happy that we found this place. We had a last day in Geneva and nothing planned. We were able to rent nice bikes and get all kitted out, and spend our last day riding to France and back. All of the employees were super nice and helpful, and the prices were very reasonable. Will definitely be going back next time I'm in Geneva!
Bought an almost new used trek bike from this shop recently. Received first class service. Both gentlemen in the shop talk fluent english. Looking forward to joining the shop's riding club!
Just want to say that I had a great experience renting a bike from this company for the ITU World Age Group Triathlon in Lausanne. The bike performed beautifully. The team at the store were excellent in providing me support for a couple of issues. I would definitely rent from them again.
