Staff sold me an empty packaging. Sealed, so no way to check before getting home; what a surprise when i open the box containing only a charging cable but no electronic device. No way to reach them on the phone; worst purchase experience i ever had in Switzerland so far.

Well the feeling I had is that the people that are working there are trained Not to look at you (make eye contact) when you need help.... and when finally they attend you... the information provided where to find what you are looking for is not correct.... besides this issue... the store is big and have many items... pricewise I had a feeling it is always a bit above the market

One of the nicer, more practical shops in Geneva. Reasonable selection of hi-tech goods, books and stationary. However, very small selection of English language books and constantly shrinking Blu-ray section

It's a department store. With electronics. But they let me charge my phone up for 30 minutes while I pursued the store, so that's pretty cool.

Really good customer service. First bought a Nikon lens at this store, wasn't satisfied with it (the lens) and returned money with no problems and no questions asked. Lately bought a Gopro camera and after a while a button stopped working, so I brought it back 12 days later but a salesman told me that they were out of stock. After 2 days he called me on mobile phone and said that thay had a new shippment and I could bring my old camera at anytime. So when I did, they just opened a new box, took a new gopro from it and changed mine for that one, also with no problem. As far as I could notice the prices are more or less average, but would definatelly recommend this store for it's customer service.
