I did a trip with my wife and son to have dinner aboard ( famous filets de perches ) the weather was sunny. I booked tickets online and left on the next day at 18:10 from Quai du Mont blanc. The time past by very fast. We enjoyed thr trip. My kid moved around and saw the engine, which is quite impressive of the boat #Simplon built on 1915. The trip is really worth on the #geneva #lake. You may have an excellent view of the rive gauche and rive droite. The personnel was good. We got excellent attention from mr traineau that entertained in a very kind way our son while delivering the dishes and drinks. I cannot do this every month but i really enjoyed my wife and kid loved the experience. Recommended if you visit #geneva. Note: visit on July 2020

Did the Geneva tour and I liked it. Nice views and the audio tour app is useful. Comparing the prices and options I believe that was a good choice because I wanted to see Genève from the lake. About the boat, it could have more seats on the top deck and be more comfortable.
Update: Since the incident, the CGN said sorry and provided us with 6 boat ride and meal vouchers. That’ was the correct way. Now they have my 4 star rating. Original post: Reserved a meal on board, but the lack of staff and management meant they were unable to serve us before the boat got back! Great birthday. We only had time for the entrée . You would think a quality based Swiss company operating boats on the lake for decades would not let this happen. Weather and conditions were excellent. No excuse CGN. This is early May and no crowds !
No WiFi for the audio tour however lovely views and shady spot on the top deck made it very pleasant despite the high price (classic Switzerland!) Eggless
Magnifique traversée. Personnel très accueillant. Le repas à bord à midi est excellent.
Wir waren im Park mit Blumenuhren und dann haben gesehen, da neben kann man mit dem Schiff fahren. Der Schalter war noch geschlossen, obwohl die Zeit schon 10:30 war (Öffnungszeit). Der Mitarbeiter hat den Schalter erst um 10.45 geöffnet, war noch unzufrieden und sehr unhöfflich und hat uns auf den Köpf spucken. Nie mehr.
Service très lentement et vient pas debarasse la table !
