Probably one of the best privately owned cheese stores in all of Fribourg. They sell premium Gruyère amongst other very fine cheeses from the region. Customer service is great and prices are definitely quite reasonable considering the quality you're getting. One very underrated products are their local yogurts. Have never tasted such untainted yogurt before (incredibly limited in sweetness and conservatives and not made from powder)

J'y ai acheté du fromage à raclette et il était immangeable. De la vraie gomme. Un fromage jaune foncé qui transpirait. Ce n est pas professionnel.que de ce débarrasser du vieux stock même si on achète peu. Je suis très déçue.
