Frank is very responsive and we have been there twice with our dog, while he is caring and friendly for our dog the grooming is not up to standard. It might be our breed as grooming a Poodle, Bichon or Bolonka required a certain expertise. Sadly our regular groomer in Aesch was fantastic but had to close due to illness, she was amazing and knows her trade extremely well. The grooming looked on both occasions not great, uneven and a bit of a mess especially visible after a week. So for us we need to find a groomer specialised to a certain breed.
